FRAN SUPILO SQUARE

FRAN SUPILO SQUARE is a small area, dull at first glance, apart from its small picturesque Gothic house. Its most interesting part hides under the stone pavement. The inhabitants of Poreč still remember and call it Predol. The square was thorougly explored in the late 20th century during the renovation of the town infrastructre and paving. During said renovation, the wall foundations of the medieval monastery were found, built on the remnants of an earlier ancient house with mosaic adorned floors.
