The next Plava Laguna Half Marathon race will be held on 22 and 23 March 2025. That spring weekend, the Zelena Resort in Poreč will once again become the centre of healthy sports competition and family fun. Registrations for the next race will soon open.
The Plava Laguna Half Marathon is not just a race, but a whole event filled with excellent atmosphere and many additional offers and activities, guaranteeing experiences that keep visitors coming back to this ever growing and ever improving adventure year after year.
Preparations are in full swing for the next edition. Our aim is for Poreč as the destination and Plava Laguna as the host to provide our guests with everything they could wish for! This includes a beautiful location by the sea, cosy hotels near the event and excellent organisation with many fun programmes: pasta parties, live music, and animation programmes for children with mascots Pepi and Lino bringing sweet prizes for all participants, to name just a few.
Aside from the half-marathon race, a 10K race and a Pepi Kids Run race for children will also be held. There is also the Family Run race, a casual race guaranteeing the most fun: families compete as teams! This race is very special because all revenue from the participation fees will be donated to charitable causes. For the last couple of years, it was donated to the local association Centar za inkluziju i podršku zajednici Poreč (Centre for Inclusion and Community Support Poreč).
