Valamar’s camp ‘Lanterna’ among the best in Europe
During the 14th International CMT Fair in Stuttgart, Europe’s largest
and most significant automobile club, Germans ADAC (Allgemeiner
Deutscher Automobil-Club) awarded the camp ‘Lanterna,’owned by Riviera
Poreč d.d. and managed by Valamar hoteli i ljetovališta d.o.o., the
prestigious Super-Platz Award for 2011, which has to date been awarded
to only two camps in Croatia.
ADAC’s Super-Platz Award is the highest award that can be given for
quality within the camping industry. By winning this award, Lanterna
and Croatia have been noted on the international map of the most
attractive camping destinations on the Mediterranean and in Europe.
With its more than 16 million members, ADAC named Istria as the favorite
region for holiday making among Germans and the best automobile route
among tourists who travel by automobile.
